Maintenance Engineer - Agricultural Equipment

RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) is seeking candidates to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in Waterloo, IA.  Our customer's facility is a world-class engineering and manufacturing center.

This is a full time position with a full benefit package listed below, that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, direct hire by our customer, and additional opportunities within our own organization. 

Position Scope

  • This assignment will require working with machine maintenance skilled trades and manufacturing engineers to develop Preventative Maintenance Plans and enter those plans into SAP for maintenance scheduling and workload leveling.

Requirements

  • BSME, Engineering/Design Technology degree or equivalent experience
  • Machine design & troubleshooting experience
  • Experience writing maintenance procedures
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel Business casual dress code, will need metatarsals for first day.
