RFA Engineering ( is seeking engineers in the field of Perception and Robotics to architect, develop and integrate hardware and software into vision-based control systems for the agricultural industry. You will work side-by-side with world-class engineers and researchers to create ground breaking autonomy-related products.

Specific Responsibilities

Perform independent and team research and development involving architecting, coding, simulation, calibration, validation, and integration of vision-based hardware and software for autonomous agricultural vehicle controls and environmental estimation.

Requirements (education and experience)

  • BS, MS or PhD in Agricultural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating working systems on actual hardware required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of related academic or work experience
  • Experience with C, C++, Matlab, OpenCV, QT, C-Make, hardware integration, and camera systems are desired.
  • Other beneficial experiences includes navigation, piloting, and machine learning.
